Do you supply sponge with your unmounted stamps?
No, unmounted stamps are not supplied with any cushioning. You only receive the ‘naked’ rubber.
The reason for this is that nowdays there are many different ways to mount stamps so we supply the rubber ready to mount using your preferred method.

I haven't received a confirmation email from you for my order, have you received it?
All orders paid for by credit card automatically receive a confirmation email. However, orders paid for by paypal do not automatically receive any confirmation from us. However, if you have received an email from paypal confirming the payment it means we have received your order.

I'm ordering from outside of the UK. How do I know the price in my own currency?
All transactions on this site are conducted in GBP (£). Visit www.xe.com for an up to date rate of conversion.

How does the wishlist work?
To add an item to your wishlist, just click the button below the image.
The wishlist works by using cookies on your computer. It will be remembered each time you visit but if you delete the cookies, the items in your wishlist will no longer be there when you next visit the shop. Also if you view our shop on a different computer your wishlist will not be shown.


How do I redeem a gift voucher?
There is a unique code on the back of each gift voucher. When you are ready to go to the checkout, there is a box which asks for a coupon code. Just type the full code exactly as it is printed on the gift voucher and the amount will be automatically deducted from the total of your order.
If paying by cheque, simply include the gift voucher with your order and deduct the voucher amount on your order form.


Can I sell cards I have made using your stamps?

Do you have a telephone number?
We do not have a telephone number. As we are an internet only retailer email is our preferred method of contact - unfortunately if we are tied up on the phone, we are unable to process orders so keeping it this way makes our mail order service as efficient as possible.


Are you attending any craft shows? I’m afraid we haven’t any plans to attend any shows at this time.
